First, the office personnel who scheduled and later confirmed the appointment were friendly and polite. I later requested to change the date. They office called, verified the new date I wanted, changed it, and later confirmed it again.

Advanced Air technicians showed up on time on this warm Friday morning and ready to work. I was taken aback by how young they appeared, however, they quickly demonstrated they were quite capable. Matt H. came to the door first. He politely introduced himself and coordinated the parking so that it was easiest and convenient for them and for me. He stated a second vehicle was coming. The second vehicle arrived moments later. Matt worked on the air handler, a second gentleman worked on the outside unit, and a third gentleman helped both, installed the thermostat in the house, and took care of the work in the electrical panel. These three gentleman worked quickly, quietly, nonstop, and with purpose. They thoroughly answered any questions or concerns I voiced until I was completely satisfied and comfortable. They clearly took pride in their work, even made sure it was cosmetically done right. They cleaned up the site, billed the agreed upon price, asked if I was satisfied, and were gone as quickly as they came. I was impressed. I would absolutely recommend Advanced Air & Heat.
